These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by EZ Investments ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from EZ Investments, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

The EZ Investments SMS program sends text messages related to real estate inquiries you have submitted to us, including:

Follow-ups on offers you requested for your property
New off-market property opportunities that match criteria you provided (buyers list)
Updates on property submissions, referrals, or consultations you initiated
Scheduling and appointment reminders related to your inquiry
Responses to questions you asked us

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to the EZ Investments SMS program in either of the following ways:

Checking the SMS consent box on any form on ezinvestmentsco.com and submitting that form. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked and is not a condition of using our website or any other service.
Texting START to our business number (303) 616-5871 from your mobile phone.

When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message such as:

EZ Investments: You're subscribed to property updates & follow-ups. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

3. Sample Messages

Examples of the types of messages you may receive once opted in:

EZ Investments: New off-market 3bd/2ba in Aurora, ARV $485K, asking $325K. Full details: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.

EZ Investments: Hi [Name], following up on the offer we sent for [address]. Any questions? Reply STOP to opt out.

EZ Investments: Your consultation with Ariya is confirmed for Thursday 2pm. Reply STOP to opt out.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity with EZ Investments. Typical subscribers receive 2 to 8 messages per month. During active transactions or when a property matching your criteria becomes available, you may receive additional messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan. EZ Investments does not charge you directly for any messages you send or receive through this program.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from EZ Investments. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

8. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy & Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
